Really nice stay with good location and super nice host there!

The host and workers there were super nice! We had a private room with bathroom but the common area with the shared bathroom and toilets were soo clean, we might as well have just stayed In a room without private bathroom and use the shared ones. Bathroom and toilet there are gender separated which is nice too! Free breakfast all the time and a nice rooftop! Would definitely come again! :)

Our room with the bathroom was quite small for two people with 2 big suitcases but the bed was big enough for two people to sleep so it was fine!

What was the highlight of Discovery Busan Guesthouse

Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The guesthouse was very close to the subway and easy to find. I liked that we were able to grab food or drinks whenever we wanted, and not just at a designated time. Everything was very clean.

I didn't really have any complaints. The only thing that was inconvenient was having to carry a room key, instead of using a card or keypad like other places I've stayed in Korea.

What a fantastic stay!

What a fantastic stay! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many breakfast options, with complementary juice and coffee all day. Great value for money. Will definitely be staying here again

Best guesthouse. Super nice host, perfect location, great facilities (with food, towels, hairdryer and everything you could need). For sure a great place to stay if you are going to Busan

Best hotel that we have stayed in in both Japan and Korea.

Best hotel that we have stayed in in both Japan and Korea. John, the host, is super friendly and accommodating. Lent us winter jackets because he thought we might get cold. Breakfast is there for you all day, you can help yourself to coffee, toast, cereal etc. whenever you feel like it. Close to Hyundae beach, and various other attractions. Subway is across the street, and taxi rank around the corner. Best value for money and a host that tries to meet your every need. Super deck area. Being good South Africans we were able to have a braai (barbeque) to see the new year in. John supplied uswith coal and we were good to go. I would book there anytime. Walked away feeling like we had made a friend for life

Access to the kitchen and breakfast food all the time is nice. The outdoor deck would be really nice in warmer weather. The room was basically clean, floors, bathroom, and bed were all clean. For the low price, with some qualifications, it's a good value.

Although the room itself was clean, the air conditioner was full of dust and mildew. I didn't need to use it as it is winter and there was an electric heater in the room. The curtains didn't keep out very much light from the street. Walls are thin, street noise is clearly audible. Like most places in Korea, there is no separate shower area in the bathroom.

Amazing stay at a friendly guesthouse

Great breakfast, amazing and generous host. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Had laundry service, charge 3000 won. Overall we loved it! Location is close to the subway so it was nice.

Everything was perfect! Double room is a bit small.

Clean, smart, friendly hostel with a decent breakfast in a convenient location.

Convenient location in Su-Yong (between Haeundae and Gwanalli beaches). The whole place was spotlessly clean, the owner was super friendly and the breakfast was great for the price. If I have friends come to visit again, who want to visit Busan on a budget, I'd definitely stay there again.

What was the highlight of Discovery Busan Guesthouse

Perfect stay in Busan !

The guesthouse is easy to find and really close to a subway station (less than 1min walk), and surrounded by restaurants, shops etc. It is also quite close to the beach and malls. Plus we got instructions on how to get there, so it was really gracious and helpful ! The whole place was so nice and welcoming, just like the staff !! We could use the kitchen anytime and there were toasts, jam, peanut butter, bananas and eggs for breakfast, plus tea, coffea and various juices. Our room was kind of small, but it was no problem since we were outside most of the time; it also has its own bathroom/toilets, with shampoo and shower gel. It was also really cool to relax on the roof ! Discovery Busan is great; thanks for a perfect stay !!
